Return Policy

In accordance with the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Returns or exchanges will not be entertained for reasons including, but not limited to:

1. Change of mind after order confirmation.
2. Incorrect information or selections provided by the customer.
3. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance arising from production processes, display settings, or material characteristics

Such variations shall not be considered defects under applicable laws.

Refund policy

Refunds are applicable only in the event that the main product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

1. Damage must affect the actual product and not the outer or protective packaging
2. An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the condition of the product from the moment the package is opened
3. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification and approval, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timelines.

No refunds will be issued for claims that do not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy

All products available on this website are custom-made and produced on a made-to-order basis as per the specifications selected by the customer.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
